HIBISCUS GINGER HAPPY TEA
This refreshing drink is fantastic if you’re feeling funky. Whether your mental health is lagging or you’re recovering from a hangover, this floral beverage is jam packed with nutrients to fight off the funk.¼ c. whole dried hibiscus flower
2 nubs ginger, peeled and sliced
1 nub turmeric, peeled and sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
¼ c. honey
Add to a quart mason jar and fill to the top with cool water. Allow to steep at least an hour. Strain and enjoy! If you’re low on fridge space, prepare a concentrate in a 16 oz. mason jar and simply dilute when you’re ready to enjoy.
* i often use this mixture twice - once I’ve finished drinking the first batch, I’ll refill with water and honey and allow to steep again.
ENERGY BOOST TONIC
This potent tonic is fantastic for powering up your immune system and encouraging your metabolism.Whether a daily drink or warding off a cold, you can’t have too much of this!
2 nubs ginger, peeled and sliced
1 nub turmeric, peeled and sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
¼ c. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp cayenne
½ c. honey
Optional: 2 cloves garlic, thin sliced

IMMUNE SUPPORT TONIC
1 tbsp. dried hibiscus
1 tbsp. dried butterfly pea flower
2 tsp. dried licorice root
1 tsp. dried elderflower
the peel of one orange
32 oz. water
add everything to a pot and simmer on low for 30 minutes. allow to cool with the herbs still in the water. strain and chill, or drink hot with a teaspoon of honey for a extra relief on a sore throat.
INSOMNIAC’S QUIET SLUMBER

2 droppersful skullcap tincture or 1 tsp. dried skullcap
1 dropperful CBD full spectrum tincture
1 tsp. dried mugwort
1 tsp. dried valerian root
1 tsp. dried elderflower
1 tsp. dried bergamot
1 tsp. dried peppermint
8 oz. boiling water
step herbs for 6 minutes, strain. add skullcap tincture and drink while warm. settle into bed and drift off to sleep. This blend will not leave you feeling groggy the next day, nor will it cause vivid and unsettling dreams.
BUMMY TUMMY TEA
2 whole cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp. whole dried cloves
1 tbsp. dried licorice root
1” nub fresh turmeric, peeled and sliced
1” nub fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
32 oz. water
add everything to a pot and brew covered on medium for 30 minutes. Drink hot or cold. Can be brewed three times.
